  • To create alternating green stripes, peel cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers in half along the length. Then, use a spoon to scrape out the seeds. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices using a food processor. To remove excess moisture, place the cut pieces in a double layer on a piece of paper towel.
  • Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in medium bowl. Stir to combine. Toss in the cucumbers and sesame seed. Serve immediately

Tips

Tip: Heat a small skillet on low heat to toast sesame seed. Stir in sesame seeds until fragrant and golden, approximately 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.
